6. No Central Authority

INTcoin is a decentralized network with no central authority. The development team:

Does not control the network
Cannot reverse transactions
Cannot recover lost funds or keys
Cannot guarantee uptime or availability

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTcoin Core developers and contributors shall not be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of funds, data, or profits
Business interruption
Damages arising from use or inability to use the software

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INTcoin Core developers and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of INTcoin.

Attempt to manipulate the blockchain
Use INTcoin for money laundering or other illegal activities
Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with INTcoin Core
Violate intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
