1. Acceptance

By accessing the INTcoin website (international-coin.org) or using INTcoin software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or services.

2. Open Source Software

INTcoin is free, open-source software distributed under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software subject to the terms of that license.

The source code is available at github.com/INT-devs/intcoin.

3. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

The INTcoin developers make no guarantees about:

• The security, reliability, or availability of the software
• The value or stability of INTcoin as a currency
• The availability or accuracy of the block explorer or faucet
• The compatibility of the software with your system

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your wallet: Back up your seed phrase. Lost seeds cannot be recovered by anyone.
• Verifying transactions: Always confirm the recipient address before sending.
• Compliance: Using INTcoin in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Security: Keeping your computer and wallet software secure.

5. Cryptocurrency Risks

Cryptocurrency involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Price volatility — the value of INTcoin may fluctuate significantly
• Irreversibility — blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed
• Regulatory uncertainty — laws governing cryptocurrency vary by jurisdiction and may change
• Technical risk — software bugs, network attacks, or cryptographic vulnerabilities could result in loss of funds

6. Testnet and Signet

Testnet and signet coins have no monetary value. They exist solely for development and testing purposes. The testnet faucet is provided as a convenience for developers.

7. Block Explorer and Website

The block explorer and website are provided as informational services. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that displayed data is complete or current.

The services may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, or other causes. We are not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE INTCOIN DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect/consequential damages.

9. Third-Party Services

The website and software may link to or interact with third-party services (GitHub, DNS providers, Tor network, I2P network). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these services.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
